Refund and Return Policy

At MEHER E RUST, we want customers to receive the product they ordered in the condition described on our website. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.

Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligible Cases

A return or exchange may be accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • A size exchange is required for eligible Peshawari chappal orders, subject to stock availability.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging where possible. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without required proof may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Products damaged after delivery because of customer handling.
  • Change of mind after product use.
  • Minor color differences caused by screen display or lighting.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us on WhatsApp at 0334-5398904 or email mehererust@gmail.com. Please share your order number, name, phone number, issue details, product photos, and an unpacking video if available.

Return Delivery Charges

Return delivery charges may apply depending on the reason for return. If MEHER E RUST sent a wrong or damaged item, our team will assist with the return or exchange process. If the return is due to size change or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for delivery charges.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned item is received and checked. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another agreed method. Processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.
